How To Treat Muscle Spasms Around Heart,kidney And Lung Area?

I keep feeling muscle vibrations/spasms in my heart/lower lungs/kidney area. They are alarming and scary and I don't know what to do about them! I am a 15 year old female...any ideas what this is?
