How To Treat Muscle Spasms On Right Thigh?

i've been getting these weird pulsing on my right thigh. kind of the inner-mid of my thight. its just on a specific spot. im guessing its a muscle spasm but its been there for a few days already, and ive never had muscle spams that lasted that long. also last night, my thigh started getting these weird pain on my thigh (the same thigh). everytime it pulsed, i would feel a weird pain. its feels almost like a tiny shock that travels from my upper thigh and down to my legs. is that part of the weird muscle spasm?
