General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Myelofibrosis is an auto immune process related to bone marrow suppression of production of particular cell series via underlying pathology secondarily or of primary idiopathic origin. Treatment depends upon the evaluation of multiple parameters as history, physical findings, lab data, bone marrow biopsy results to co relate in details and comment further regarding the possible scope of therapeutic approach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
