How To Treat Nail Mediated Injury?

I stepped on a nail approximately 7 days ago, did not receive my booster shot until 5 days after the incident... I am weary of tetanus symptoms and want to know the severity of the "lock jaw" that occurs. Is it really intense or does it come on slowly with twitches?

HI.
In spite of worrying so much ask for an injection of ATS to make sure that you will not develop the tetanus...

WE DOCTORS ARE ALSO WARY TO SEE PATIENTS OF TETANUS AS THE SYMPTOMS DEVELOP FAST .

The muscles go into spasm where the patient has no control over the twitches and spasms.
