General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
This could be due to allergy or a viral infection
I would like further information to guide you better
is she running fever?
Is she taking proper feeds?

Viral infection takes a week or so to recover completely
In my opinion you should consult a paediatric doctor for adequate doses of T mimic and other substitute if need be.

Give her feed regularly and at frequent intervals
you should give multivitamin supplements
If she is running fever than she may require a course of antibiotics after a battery of tests

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
