How To Treat Nasal Congestion Along With Foul Odor From Nose?

My boy of 2 years old has been experiencing nasal congestion for over 5 days now including foul smelling from his nose. He use to have noisy breathing and couldn t sleep well. What can I do please. Antibiotics have been administered on him but no changes

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to allergic condition may be associated with infection and it can be treated with "Levocetirizine with pseudoephedrine" and "Amoxicillin" dose need to be adjusted according to weight, encourage the child for drinking water, hot drink would be preferable, this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
