How To Treat Nasal Stuffiness Inspite Of Using Nasivion In Infants?

My child 21days old, female, has a stuffy nose with thick mucus both sidewhich is very difficult to remove,because of which she has difficulty in breathing.I am using nasivion s nasal drop since two weeks but still nasal stuffiness persist,I am so worried and I need your suggestion please.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, when Nasivion ( isotonic saline ) nasal drops do not work efficiently one has to think of alternatives of the same.

* Consultant has to choose between Pseudophedrine and Oxymetazoline drops for the resistant cases.
