How To Treat Nausea And Extreme Tiredness With Increase In Weather Condition?

I am 71 years old and last summer I started to become intolerant to the hot weather. I m doing the same thing this year. When it gets hot I get nausea, sleepy, extremely tired. This has never happened to me before last summer. I consider myself in pretty good health. I am pre- diabetic, (I keep my numbers good), I have some arthritis. and sometimes I get dizzy.I keep myself busy with raising two grand children, take care of a granddaughter on disability, and I have an 88 year old husband who has dementia and a lot of other problems,

Get your thyroid profile done your symptoms mostly seem like an hyperthyroid condition would like to decide to start Carbimazole or not on looking after the reports.
