How To Treat Nausea And Pain In Foot?

I m experiencing sharp pain in my left foot from the ankle to the,side of the foot. I did not injure myself and it s not swollen..just painful to move like a severe sprain. I m experiencing a little nausea. Had Sylvain in left shoulder for weeks now also. Right in in rotator..no injury

I appreciate your health concerns...
As far as nausea is concerned it is due to the severe pain . your pain needs to be treated first. Once pain settles the nausea will automatically settle.
Just stay calm and give rest to your affected ankle. You can use diclofenac sodium to relieve pain.
