How To Treat Nausea, Fatigue And Lower Back Pain?

I have persistent nausea and fatigue, and generally feel sick . Although I have other health issues going on, (toe surgery 7 months ago, fairly significant lower back pain primarily confined to the right back hip bone, a broken tooth scheduled to be crowned) I m not convinced that any of them are causing the nausea and fatigue. I d like to get some relief. Where should I start?

Hello,

I think it can be related to any urinary tract infection. I think you may need to do an abdominal ultrasound to check kidneys and urine analysis.
