Diabetologist 's  Response
dear sir I can understand your concern.
in my opinion the first thing to be done is to Controll blood sugars.
in a condition called diabetic neuropathy there will be excessive burning in feet and condition defects.
pain and burning feet can be reduced by taking tablet lyrica 75 mg once on night for two weeks
to treat and help to recover nerve from damage I suggest you to use tablet neurobion daily twice along with alpha lipoic acid supplement .
glycemic control is very important.
meet a Diabetologist and take his opinion
this condition is treatable don't worry relax
