How To Treat Nervousness And Tremors?

Hi I m Tina, I go to school and I m in band. During concert season I am 1st chair so all eyes are on me and I get really really nervous and my hand and head shake violently . So embarrassing. Please help please. I tried propanol but the side was horrible.

I understand your concern.
What problems you are facing is mainly psychological than physical.
It would be advisable to try counselling to overcome your nervousness rather than take medications from the beginning itself.
It is possible to overcome by this along with good practice. Kindly consult Psychiatrist for appropriate management.
