How To Treat Nose Pigmentation?
hi ! i have pigmentation problem around my nose ! both the side its dark and after consulting im using melalong cream in the night and KOJIK cream in the morning how long it can be used and after using them i feel those places are being dry can you explain me the way of applying it ??

hi, welcome to HCM,
hyperpigmentation over nose is most commonly acanthosis nigricans.
go for blood sugar and serum insulin level. apply retinoic acid 0.05% cream at night. apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or more at every 2 hr interval.
if dryness occurs apply emollient. you can continue using kojic acid cream at day time.
