How To Treat Ovarian Cysts During Pregnancy?

Iv had 6 weeks of bleeding and scan revealed nothing that was 6 weeks ago, I went for a scan today and I m roughly 4 weeks pregnant, but also revealed 2 ovarian cysts 35mm x 35mm, I have night sweats and swollen tummy , constant diarrhoea, I have 7 children and my periods are normally spot on, I m 42 years old

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy in age of 42 years of age involves great risk so here care need to be taken, it is better to confirm the pregnancy first, if this is the history of bleeding p/v then pregnancy could be questionable, hope this information helps.
