How To Treat Pain Above Rib Towards Back And Pulled Muscle?

On my right side, just above the last rib and towards the back, it hurts to touch, could this be a pulled muscle. My job involves quite a bit of physical labor. My form of business is cleaning houses, all that is involved, windows moving furniture etc.
