How To Treat Pain And Bleeding In Vagina After Urine Sample Testing?

i was at my GP yesterday and she done a urine sample as i was having a pain in my left side an some vomiting... the sample show some inflamation so she give me an anitbiodic to start today which i have done. but this morning the pain had switched to my right side i am still getiing a bit on the leftside and there was vaginal bleeding but my period is not due for 2weeks it was darker and thicker almost like a dischager rather than bleeding. sould i go back to my GP or wait until the blood results come back on monday
