How To Treat Pain And Itching On Palm And Foot?

Hello, Generally, during evening i feel very uncomfortable. Doctors have done TMT and found rate of 91%. ECG was normal. BP is sometimes 130/90 As per the feedback all the issues are considered to be related with gastric. From last 3 days i have started medicines (Rabesec, Zevit, Darolac, Brocil - Syrup). However, i am still feel pain/uncomfort feeling during evening. Also, there is itching on palm and foot I have started taking precaution with Diet. and regular exercise/yoga Can yo uplease advise anything additional which should be done? Note my age is 40

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and best drug for this is "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy meal prior to bed, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
