How To Treat Pain And Lump Behind Ear?
My 9 year old woke up and said his ear hurt. There was a lump behind his ear (from middle to top about 1.5 inch wide so not small). Tonight when you look straight at him his ear is protuding from his head and it is very red. We ve all had colds this week and he stayed home Wednesday but was well enough to go outside and play. He says it doesn t hurt now.

From history it seems that he might be having external ear infection leading to swelling of left ear.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
