How To Treat Pain And Stiffness In Legs And Hips?
Very stiff and painful legs and hips. Not localised - muscular rather than joint pain. Frees up with walking (I walk constantly in my job) though recurs after resting - even for 5 minutes. Onset approx 12 months ago and worsening. Bought appropriate walking shoes which help immensely, however pain is worsening.
