How To Treat Pain Due To Clubfoot Deformity?

my client has club foot deformity (he is 18 years old). he ahd surgery and has two metal rods in his foot, but this has not corrected the deformity fully. he uses an AFO and has been referred to footwear clinic. He is sufferring significant pain when walking. Is there anything else we can do in the meantime?
