How To Treat Pain In Abdomen,back And Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

Hello I am 27 weeks pregnant and woke up the past couple mornings not being able to fully stand due to lower stomach pressure and back pain. I have also had diarrhea all day and I can t do much without having to stop due to pressure or lower back pain

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are very common in gestation period and this is nothing to worry, hydration is a matter of concern, else no need to take anything condition may be self limiting, have some bed rest, hope this information helps, take care.
