How To Treat Pain In Bottom Of Foot Radiating To Shoulder Blade?

I have these pains which start from the bottom of my foot, ( the right one) all the way to the shoulder blade on the same sidee and also the arm this happens when i eat something most of the times and is accompanied by burps the pain is unbearable
