Hello dear,

The pain and tingling sensation as mentioned in your post are due to the impact as well as accumulation of fluid & blood.
Since you have not experienced any other associated symptoms like fever, vomiting, dizziness, loss of consciousness, convulsions, etc., any intra-cranial pathology may not be suspected.
However, a proper clinical+ radiological (like CT scan) evaluation will be needed to rule out any pathological cause for symptoms.

Till that time, symptomatic relief is obtained by analgesics preparations (like paracetamol or ibuprofen), ice compression & adequate rest.

Maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status.
There is no need to worry, you will be fine.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
