How To Treat Pain In Left Arm,shoulder,middle Of Chest And Arm Pit?

I have a sligt pain in my left arm, shoulder (both) pain from the arm pit to the mid part of the chest, pain in the backwhich comes from the left back neck to the shoulder blades in the back. I don't have all these pains together. It comes in one part and then in the next part. I have heartburn also. When I turn my neck side ways I get the pain form the neck back to the back.
