How To Treat Pain In Left Knee Due To Patella Femoral Syndrome?
I have seen many doctors about a problem with my left knee.
Some said i have patela-femoral syndrom.
In standing position, i'm unable to touch my buttock with my heel.
When the doctors check my knee, they always ask me to lay down a table.
In this position i have no pain, but in standing position the pain is incredible.
