How To Treat Pain In Leg And Thigh While Being Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

I have had a "hot pain" in my left leg, slightly inner thigh for 2 days now. I have Fibromyalgia along with the fact that I actually pulled my front muscle away from the bone on the same leg in the late 1980s. Also, I am a tram surgery patient with a lot of scar tissue in my lower abdomen. Having said all that, I don't want to overlook the possibility there could be a clot. I'm 60 years young and active. What is your opinion/advice?
