How To Treat Pain In Thoracic Spinal Area And Sternum After Kidney Nephrectomy Surgery?

ok...after a major op. left kidney nephrectomy..12cm rcc....I am 4 and half months on. I have had every scan and am mets. free. However I have some symptoms which are disturbing me. I am now breathing heavily after simply walking upstairs. I am a very fit person pre op...ex squash pro. Iron man athlete and regular runner (58 yrs of age) dont smoke and hardly drink and know my body capabilities v. well. Walking upstairs is v v v easy for me. I have radiating pain through my thoracic spinal area and into my sternum and now into the left side of my chest. I also find sleep v restless as if I am losing breath when I lie down. I am expecting to recover but these symptoms are developing rather than waning

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to low hemoglobin and this need to be ruled out, and if found really low then this need to be treated accordingly, second just be away from stress, anxiety, and depression, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
