How To Treat Pain In Wrist,elbows And Shoulders?

My wrists and my elbows, sometimes my shoulders really hurt. I'm in my 60's, 67 yrs. old, I work a lot in my garden and mowing grass, even ironing which seems small makes my wrists, elbows and muscles just above the elbows hurt so badly. This has been going on for about a year. I've tried the bands below the elbows, which helps some and I take Tylenol which doesn't help much and I take Ibuprofen which raises my blood pressure. I've even prayed for this to go away. Help!!!
