How To Treat Pain, Numbness In My Elbow?

hello, about a month ago i injured my hand trying to move a chair out of my house and in trying to move it a bass broom was in my way so in agitation i kicked it up in the air and it landed hard on the top of my hand and since then i have had pain, numbess up to my elbow and sometimes tingling in my finger tips
