How To Treat Pain On The Side Of My Body Post Slip Disc Operation?

i would like to ask you after have hard pain on my right side body i had to make an opertion on 4 slip discs rightaway after the operation i had suffered hard pain on my left side full down to my leg that left me more than 8 months troubling me also to sleep during night and also i couldn,t move my left foot toes up from the floor, i had suffer to walk because of this pain to my left foot, can you help me if i can something to find way as before of my operation that i had never experience pain in my left foot before i had to attend the operation.
