How To Treat Pain On Top Of Head And Twitching Of Eye On Left?

I have a shooting pain that comes and goes, sort of pulses on the top right side of my head, my lower left eyelid is twitching and my ears are ringing. This has all been happening for about a week now. No injury, not on any meds. Any ideas on if they are related or what could be wrong?
