How To Treat Painful Bump Under Buttocks And Near Vagina?

It hurts to pee and poop. I have kinda a rip under my butt it s like a bump and almost like a burn or rip near my vagina. Idk what it is. It hurts very bad. It s not anything that s ever happened to me before. What can I do to stop the pain. And help it heal

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to folliculitis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Hot fomentation and betadine ointment application locally will be helpful for this. In case there is collection of pus then incision and drainage will be required. In such case consult your GP.
