General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Such bumps behind neck and ears are inflamed lymph nodes. The cause are some infection on scalp, face or rears. To treat these infections is sure way of getting rid of the bumps. Clean your hairs of possible hair infestation with fungus, lice. Have regular medicated hair washes. See your family doctor for needful antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicinal prescription for lymph nodes / hair scalp infections.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
