How To Treat Painful Cramps After Menstrual Cycle?

Ever since my menstral cycle ended last week, Ive been having these painful cramps in my stomach. They feel like menstrual cramps, except they are in my stomach. It gets worst when I eat. Sometimes its hard for me to stand up straight. The only reason I havent been to a doctor is because I have no health insurance. I was wondering what it could possibly be?
