How To Treat Painful Cyst On Inner Thigh?
Hello, I have what I believe is a cyst on my inner thigh... it is painful. The area around it is red and when I squeeze on it,although painful a gooey bloody substance comes out....Aby advice on how to relieve the pain and make it go away without going to the er. (I have went to urgent care before and was told they can t do anything unless it is at a head). Please help I m limping and pants are impossible to wear

Hi, Your history suggest more of an abscess.
In our clinic i would advice my patient to
1) To start on antibiotics i.e cefixime, and complete its full course.
2) Pain killer such as acetaminophen can be added.
3) To clean the infected region with antiseptic lotion.
4) If the abscess is big than surgical drainage of pus, combined with medication is highly recommended.
