Hi, I am a healthy 25 year old women. I am 5ft 6, and 8stone 4pds. Since Ive remembered I have suffered with extremely painful gums after exercise, it is my lower gums and comes on usually when I am running either outdoors or on the treadmill. It lasts until I get my breath back and back to normality. I do not clench my teeth and I have never smoked. It appears to be that when I begin to gasp for my breath (even slightly) my gums begin to ache. It is unusal and I have suffered it a very long time, I have recently decided to get fit again though I feel that knowing the pain I will face, it puts me off. Any ideas wht it is or to prevent the pain? Thank you
