How To Treat Painful Pimple On The Penis Shaft?
I have a painful pimple/blister on the shaft of my penis. It is very painful and irritable, but only one. I m doubting any STD because of my absence of intercourse for 2 or 3 months. I m putting warm/moist pressure on it to hopefully get it to go away. Any suggestions?

The only std that is commonly associated with visible lesions in the genitals is herpes and that normally has more than one lesion , so as you stated, it is not likely an STD.
The warm compress should help along with a topical antibiotic.
The use of over the counter pain medication such as ibuprofen, cataflam or naproxen would help to relieve your discomfort.
