How To Treat Painful Scab In Nostril With Slight Blood Discharge?

I have these large a little painful scab in my right nostril and I looked inside and the inside of nose is a bit yellow and a little blood comes out when I wipe inside my nose...I dont know what this is from. I was sick for about a week nose and then this scab showed up, it looks very odd to me. I also have one swollen lymph node which I believe I might ve had strep throat, because it was painful to swallow and was closing up...I don t know. I might be paranoid but I would like to know what all these symptoms are or could possibly be
