Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful white scars in mouth and around lips which is mainly due to frictional keratosis. It could be due to candidiasis which is fungal infection. Maintain oral hygiene. Visit dentist once and get it examined. you should get biopsy of these white patches done to rule out any condition or underlying systemic involvement. Do warm saline gargles. Rinse with nystatin suspensions daily to avoid any growth of microorganisms. Brush and floss daily and do rinse with antimicrobial mouth wash. Do tongue scrapping as well but very mildly.

As per your query white scar/stuff in your mouth seems to be yeast infection known as Oral Thrush and can occur due to intake of antibiotics and as you have asthma you must also be taking steroid inhalars and both these medications are commonly causative of thrush..
Scar over lip can be due to fungal infection itself or can be due to allergic reaction to medications..
Nothing to worry, consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of thrush antifungal oral medications like Fluconazole, Itraconazole, clotrimazole lozenges and Nystatin mouthwash can help..
Application of antifungal ointment can be advised over lip if it is fungal..
Take ample of probiotics like yoghurt and garlic.
