How To Treat Painful Small Bump Close To Clitoral Opening?
Hi, I have a small bump which is painful close to the clitorial opening. It only hurts when I touch it. What could this mean? Also just before my period I had itching in my vagina. Though now it has stopped. Now that my period has stopped. Should I be worried?
It is probably a furuncle which is an infection of the hair follicle. It is common to occur in the genital area. Topical or oral antibiotics will help you. It is advisable to screen for diabetes. Proper genital hygiene may help you to prevent recurrence.
