How To Treat Painful Swelling Of Arm And Wrist After A Wasp Sting?

I got stung buy a yellow wasp today close to my elbow and it started swelling more and moreand its moved its way down my arm almost to my wrist and it hurts bad and real red and it happened around 8 this morning and the swelling has been spreading and getting every it happened and now it feels like a burning and tingling feeling the whole back side of my arm is swallon and Igot dizzy headed and felt sick at my stomach earlier and it was itching early but now its just swelling worse and hurting could this be serious

Hello,

The stings of wasps and other insects can cause severe pain, swelling and urticaria. You need to take antihistamine like Levocetirazine for 2 to 3 days. All the symptoms will invariably settle. Please see that there is no part of the sting left in the skin.
