HI , I AM A FEMALE AGE 45. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. IT LOOKS LIKE A SKIN TEAR NEAR MY ANAL HOLE. IT HURSTS ESPECIALLY WHEN I WIPE. AT FIRST IT FELT LIKE A BUMP WAS DOWN THERE. NOW IT DRAINS AND REALLY HURTS, AND IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT DOWN. PLEASE HELP.
