How To Treat Painful,red Hole In Arm?

I have had a hole in my arm with what felt like a stinger in it. It never hurt until recently. I no longer see the black stinger looking thing, but the area is all red and pussing at the hole. I m really worried and I don t know what I should do about it. Thank you

Hello,

It could be an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction. I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily and take tablet Cephalexin twice daily for 5-7 days. This should improve it.
