How To Treat Pains In Pelvic Area After Surviving Ovarian Cancer?

I am a 5 year ovarian cancer survivor. I just had a phsysical and my results were varried. My calcium level was high at 10.7 (vs the range of 10.2). My CO2 was low and my cholesteral was high at 205. I am a vegitartian, and eat no animal products. Prior to cancer, my cholesteral was 140. Finaly, I am having pains in my lower back pelivis area which are unexplained. I can't stand for long periods of time. Xrays showed nothing. Finnaly, I am extremely tired all the time and cann't keep awake in the evenings. I regularly take naps all night ling. it is difficult to funtion normally.What is going wrong with me?
