How To Treat Pale Discoloration And Pain Around Plantar Wart?

I have a plantars wart that I have been treating for almost a week. In addition to the acid I put on twice a day, after I have used a pumice stone to rub off whatever, I also cover it with duct tape. Yesterday, it started discoloring (whitish color) about the size of a quarter surrounding the wart, and has become very hard and quite painful. Any suggestions?

Plantar wart is due to human papiloma virus

Following are the treatment:
1. Application trichloroacetic acid and salisylate for 10-120weeks
2. Immunotherapy: injection of antigen
3. You can also use silver nitrate
4. You can also try: apply banana pills, oragano oil application and silver duct application for long time
5. Tablet ibuprufen 500 mg twice daily
6. If not response to medicine and if it is very severe

You should go for surgery like:
Cryosurgery
Nitrogen surgery
Laser surgery
