How To Treat Palpitations?

I developed palpatations 4 weeks ago due to enormous stress.... it s dissipating, but still there. My BP now ranges from the 140 s to the 120 s over 60 s... sometimes 50 s. Pulse in the low to mid 60 s. Yes I m taking meds and under a dr s care.. but curious to hear your opinion as to how to eliminate those dreadful palps. I m active, always busy... in my mid 50 s. Thanks!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such palpitation could be functional in origin and this is nothing to worry unless it is being proved pathological in origin and for that you have to get done the EKG and ECHO, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
