How To Treat Parasites In Stool And Dark Diarrhea?

What can I buy for parasites in stool and also I have them in my bladder, I have infection often , and also uncrontrolled bowels, I can see the bugs in stool, sometimes stool is blac tarry, and sometimes diarrhea yellow with yellowish bugs the size of large head lice. I am a retired teacher, so I am sure from experience that this is parasites... doctor has not done stool test, but I want to find something to cure this...it has been going on for about 2 years, and dr. not concerned...have also problems on arms and shoulders... what can I buy to cure this?

I have gone through your and being your physcian ii completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? are u having fever? any other lymph node swelling in ur body? do u have got anal pruritis? do u have got blood in stools? have u checked ur HB?
as far as worm infestation is concerned , it is endemic in SOUTH ASIA. recommendations are to use antihelminthics atleast a year. in my opinion you should antiheminthics medications like ALBENDAZOLE or MEBENDAZOLE.. its a single dose drug with easy compliance. if u have got bloating too then you should get GIARDIA cover and use TINIDAZOLE for three days..
meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
