How To Treat Paresthesias Below The Nipple After Cervical Disc Surgery?

I am 42 years , got operated for cervical disc in the form of artficial disc at two levels; but developed paresthesias below the level of my nipple, as soon as i regained my consciousness after surgery. I was operated on 27th March 2010. My symptoms are not improving rather they are worsening with time. my query is whether they will improve or will i have to undergo a revise surgery?
