How To Treat Penile Rash?
I have a rash on my penis....it has been there for a while now ....there is no pain on or around my genitals....and my ex girlfriend does not have anything wrong with her.....im wondering if this Is from to much masterbation....also other doctors have told me many different things and i want to know what I can do about it...and I "i know what its not"

Very difficult to comment without seeing pictures. If there is itching it could be fungal infection .Is there any discoloration over that. I suggest a dermatology consultation.
