How To Treat Penis Hole Closing?

Hey Doc, My penis hole seems to dry close and has lint stuck the the area around the hole. So i have to pull it open before i pee so it doesnt go all over the place. I'm hoping its not any STI's or like chlamydia. I just want to know what could be causing it to seal. Ive been to other sites and others say its semen that dries at the tip of hole which dries and seals the hole. What could I do at home to treat this? It doesn't burn to pee and i have no other symptoms. No red swelling around the hole or nothing. Just that it dries up and has lint stuck to it.

Helo and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you, there's nothing to worry, if you have a good stream of urine.
You've also read correctly, that after semen dries up, it may stick to the side walls, and then it can cause urine spray to be there.
So, maintain good penile hygiene, and drink 8-10 glasses of liquids daily.
You should drink extra fluids, according to amount of sweating.
